Deep Cleaning with Hot Water Extraction

Our Hot Water Extraction (HWE) cleaning method uses high-pressure hot water and specialized cleaning agents to deeply clean your carpets. This powerful process lifts dirt and stains from the fibers, leaving your carpets looking fresh and revitalised.

How it Works

We use  machines that injects the hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. The temperature of the solution is typically between 50-120°C, which helps to break down and remove dirt and stains. While we often get asked about “steam cleaning,” our process doesn’t involve actual steam – just hot water.

The Cleaning Process

We start by pre-conditioning the soiled area with a gentle cleaner that’s designed to loosen dirt without damaging the carpet fibers. Next, we use a combination of brushes and wands to gently agitate the fibers and work out any remaining dirt. The surface is then rinsed thoroughly to remove any cleaning solution, and the carpet is dried using a specialized fan or dryer.

The Final Touch

After the cleaning process is complete, we take extra care to reset the carpet pile, removing any unsightly lines or marks that can be left behind by the cleaning wand. This ensures your carpet looks its best, with no lingering “shark teeth” or other imperfections.
